Privacy policy

HerbCheck stores the health and wellness information you choose to provide so its tools can work for you. This may include profiles, medications, supplements, symptoms, wellness logs, and practitioner records.

How data is used

Data is used to provide requested app features, personalize results, maintain subscriptions, support account security, and troubleshoot service issues. Health information is not sold.

AI-assisted features

Information entered into AI-assisted tools is processed to generate the requested educational result. Avoid entering information you do not want processed.

Your controls

You can download your saved data or permanently delete your account from Profile. Active subscriptions must be canceled first. Access to personal records is limited to their owner and authorized administrators; practitioner records are restricted to authorized workspace members.

Security and retention

HerbCheck applies access controls and records sensitive administrative actions. Data is retained while your account is active and removed when account deletion completes, except where limited records must be retained for security, payment, or legal obligations.

Effective September 19, 2026. This policy should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before launch.
